Empowering Differently Abled Persons
“Vriddhi” is a training cum Production Centre managed and owned by differently-abled people. It is established as a Self Help Group [SHG] having all its 25 members from Persons with Disability (PwDs) including the person with intellectual disability and in this way, this is a kind of unique initiative that employs only PWDs for all its purposes.

When we observed the lack of belief imposed on the skills and capabilities of differently-abled for income generation activities, we started Vriddhi Training cum Production Centre, a startup fully owned by differently-abled people.
Vriddhi
All its employees are persons with disabilities and it’s because of their contributions from the beginning to the end that culminates in the finalization of the products.
This invigorates them to be continuously marching in the direction of being economically independent and self-reliant. Generally seen by society as a sort of burden, these employees now refuse to see themselves the way society sees them.
